Biography
He earned his MBBCh in 1979 from the Ain Shams University, Egypt, and completed his MSc in General Surgery in 1986 from Cairo University, Egypt. He is an expert in handling all major and minor general surgeries and day care procedures such as diagnostic laparoscopy, laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic exploration, laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, circumcision for all ages, and laparoscopic closure of perforated duodenal ulcers. He also has a wide experience in bariatric surgery.
Dr. Mohsen is teaching general surgery courses to undergraduate students, intern doctors, and residents. As part of his experience, Dr. Mohsen worked in different hospitals and organizations in Egypt such as the Military Forces, Al Muqqattam Hospital, and Cairo University Hospital.
He is currently working as a specialist general surgeon in Smile care Medical Center.
Before joining smile care medical Center, he worked as a specialist surgeon in Saqr Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Dr. Mohsen has attended a multitude of CME activities, conferences, and seminars by giving lectures.
